Life can be very challenging, lonely and difficult at times and can lead to feelings of fear, anxiety and depression.  I have spent the last 20 years of my career supporting clients in navigating incredibly difficult and painful experiences and helped them to heal, learn, grow and recover from these life challenges.  Rarely is the healing process easy but it is possible and is worth putting forth the effort.  I am grateful to those who have trusted me to join them on their journey and have found my support helpful and meaningful to their recovery process.  I hope you will consider giving me the chance to partner with you.

About Me

I am fortunate to have worked with an incredibly diverse group of people during my career.  This has including time working for a government agency responding to abuse/neglect concerns for children as well as working within medical hospital settings.  I have learned to value the strength and capacity people have to overcome adversity, injustice, abuse and neglect and still find beauty, joy and peace in life.  I have also seen that at times this requires some help and have been blessed to have offered this to the clients I have served.

I am a dedicated therapist offering compassionate and personalized therapy services. I prioritize offering a safe space for you to explore your feelings and work towards positive change. Our therapy sessions are tailored to your individual needs, promoting health, healing and growth.

I completed a Bachelors of Science Degree in Psychology from Brigham Young University and a Masters of Social Work Degree from California State University Stanislaus.  I have been licensed as a clinical social worker by the state of California since 2008.
